Zoe Saldana Talks Avatar 2

Zoe Saldana is currently doing the promo rounds for her upcoming comic book movie “The Losers”, basically a campier version of “The A-Team”, and of course, “Avatar 2″ came up. So what does the lovely Miss Zoe know? Not a lot, but some.

She tells StarPulse about coming back as the asskickingest blue warrior since Smurfette took out the Thundercats singlehandedly (what, you never saw it? Great episode):

“[James Cameron] already knows how I like to approach it. I need at least 6 to 7 months of training and stuff to get into Neytiri again and whatever’s going to happen is going to happen.

“It does take training. It’s not something that I can just turn on and off. Everything is a learned skill. The same way it took me like 2 to 3 months to channel Aisha, you know Neytiri is going to take her time as well. I mean, there are people we are kind of incarnating. It takes a little bit of preparation.

“The good thing that we all know about Jim is – it’s not so good sometimes because we sometimes have to wait like 10 years for it – but by the time he does come around, he gives you something that sort of changes your life or at least touches it in such a way. So I do know that Avatar 2 is going to be just as great as the first one because Jim’s the S-H-*-T.”

Yeah, not exactly ground breaking news about “Avatar 2″, but it does allow me to post these pictures of Zoe Saldana. Did I mention she’s real purty?
