Your First Look at the Predators Sneak Peek Trailer

Itching for some “Predators” action about now? You’re in luck, because the sneak peek trailer that we’ve been promised has been posted over at the film’s official site, complete with an introduction by the film’s producer, Robert Rodriguez. Personally I would have liked to just see the trailer without the blabbing, but hey, beggars can’t be choosers. Check it out below.

From the looks of it, Laurence Fishburne is apparently playing the character who has been surviving on the Predators home planet for a while now, that I know a lot of people were hoping would be played by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Sorry, guys, but hey, at least Adrien Brody doesn’t look nearly as out of place as I thought he would, right?

Starring Topher Grace, Adrien Brody , Danny Trejo, Laurence Fishburne, Alice Braga, Derek Mears, Brian Steele, Walton Goggins, Carey Jones, Mahershalalhashbaz Ali, Oleg Taktarov, Louis Ozawa Changchien, and directed by Nimród Antal. Robert Rodriguez produces.

Nice, very very nice. Why would there be a “new breed” of Predators? I mean, it’s not like we get a “new breed” of humans or anything. Meh, we’ll see how it’s handled.

i don’t get the logic
its almost impossible to kill the predators that too on their home planet unless you’ve got energy weapons with fuel cell batteries or a plasma reactor or some atomical shit
i hope Rodriguez has thought about that and has incorporated it in the film.
In any case the predators are well aware of any other life forms and it can never be that more than five predators are hunting for humans …………..its just tooo shitted out and lame for humans to stand straight and make one liners………it just doesn’t fit the logic…..
either way the only way for this movie to be successful would be for the humans to go head on battle with the predators and try to kill as many predators as possible before getting killed………………. it doesn’t make sense………………its basically a suicide mission they all have to die and i hope Rodriguez knows that
the humans are like a fish in a fish bowl……there is no hiding

anyways I’m thirsty for a predator movie almost 20 years of waiting
a new breed of predator would basically have 1000 years advanced technology than their previous counterparts –in the Arnie movie and an superbly developed physiological flawless constitution……….
Also it cannot be an absolute abstract and a no brainer like AvP and the disastrous AvP2
anyways Rodriguez and Antal have tons of luck from me …..although the cast sucks………….

It’s not their home planet, it’s a planet they use for hunting. Watch the preview again, Adrien Brody says something about the whole planet being a hunting ground.

I don’t think the humans landed or crash landed there. It’s as if they were abducted and brought to this planet and were just dropped in the middle of the jungle so that the predators can have some fun. My guess is that they were chosen because they are the best at what they do. One is a Yakusa…Another is Black-Ops etc…

What I would like to know is what the heck is that big creature along side one of the predators… Maybe it’s his hunting dog… I guess you could call it the Predator retriever… lol
