Late last month, some pictures from the set of “The X-Files 2″ surfaced online that would have us believed the sequel would tackle werewolves (here). Not long after, the concept of werewolves in “X-Files 2″ seemed to have been shot down by the filmmakers themselves. But were they lying? Check out the image below and judge for yourself.

A picture of Agent Mulder in mid-werewolf transformation. It showed up in my inbox this morning from a completely anonymous, unknown source; but included with it was a second image. A rather legitimate looking callsheet for X-Files 2. I can’t confirm whether this thing is real or not, but it sure seems real, and if it’s not someone has gone through an awful lot of trouble to fake it.
Mulder as a werewolf? Hmm…

The first picture looks like a flip of the lower picture (note the wrinkles in Muldar’s forehead. The lower picture looks like a doctored photo of the normal image of Muldar – everything in the werewolf photo seems to match up the normal Muldar.
I just noticed, the lower picture IS a flip of the upper one, the numbers going across his face are reversed in the lower picture.
