Vin Diesel is The Ultimate Killing Machine. Again.

Tough guy Vin Diesel, last seen driving toughly in the “Fast and Furious” franchise and currently battling mercenaries toughly in the latest “Pitch Black” movie, is planning to play a tough guy in “The Machine”. The film was announced last year with Diesel as the star, and now it looks like the movie might have a director. Maybe.
The film, which sounds like something you would find in a videostore back in the ’80s starring Don “The Dragon” Wilson or one of those interchangeable action stars of the ’80s, would find Diesel playing a Pentagon-created ultimate killing machine who gets mothballed, only to resurface 20 years later when a kid discovers it. Good times and pancakes in the morning ensue. Or maybe not. Depending on if this is a kiddie movie or an action flick, I guess.
The latest news on the movie has “Get Smart” director Peter Segal possibly boarding the movie to direct. Because apparently “Get Smart” was good enough that the guy who directed it is still working. I guess.
