It’s a great time to be a Science Fiction fan. There are a metric whack ton of new series and fantastic new movies on the way. One of my personally much anticipated, lusted after, new future addictions is StarGate: Universe. I was never a huge fan of the other series in the Stargate world. They just weren’t dark enough. I like my Sci-Fi gritty, violent and desperate.
So StarGate: Universe definitely looks to be up my alley. It’s got a great concept, kind of like ABC’s LOST in Space. Universe is also dark and edgy and has a great cast. We’ve got the San Diego Comic-Con panel presentation with Robert Carlyle (Dr. Nicholas Rush), Brian J. Smith (1st Lt. Matthew Scott), Elyse Levesque (Chloe Armstrong), David Blue (Eli Wallace), Alaina Huffman (1st Lt. Tamara Johansen), Jamil Walker Smith (Master Sergeant Ronald Greer) and Ming-Na (Camile Wray), along with series co-creators Robert Cooper and Brad Wright. Thanks Scifiwire.
