“Star Trek: The Next Generation” on TV looks like what it is — a sci-fi show from the ’80s. Mind you, there’s nothing wrong with that. I personally dig that about it. But from the looks of this Blu-ray release, due this July 24th, the geeks have really spruce up the joint, with a new remastered Blu-ray transfer and all manner of bells and whistles.
