Not a lot of details yet about how this will come together but AintItCool has the scoop that Sam Raimi, the head man behind the camera of Spider Man, Evil Dead and Drag Me To Hell fame will direct the screen adaptation of the World Of Warcraft massively multiplayer online game. WOW is a rich universe, with plenty of cool stories to tell. Budget is unannounced but expect it to be also massive. Great stuff. Wouldn’t surprise me to see this as as epic the size and scope of Lord Of The Rings.
