huge jackman would have been awesome in this, wolverine vs predator lol. i love the predator franchise but im not a fan of brody, good points on heath and the joker though. could be worse though, it could be channing tatum in the staring role

As a former U.S. Marine, who has done combat tours in both Afgan/Iraq. It’s true that not all direct fire infantry Marines/Soldiers are yolked out. But, Brody??….Brody?? Holy hell! That scewby couldnt fight his way out of a damned paper bag! Much less pass as a war mercinary? WTF? I almost feel instulted.

Nimrod, heres a little deductive logic for your casting process. The piano man vs multiple motivated, mobile, and hostile Predators? Piano mans going down faster than your highschool prom date. We all know thats true. My BS detector is going off like a bat from hell on this one.

Dont mean to trip, but as a fan of the franchise. Well, ladies and gentlemen this aint looking good. Thats all.

Yeh I didnt know heath ledger could play joker but it is a different role. keep in mind people that we dont even know what kind of role or character the main protagonist is other than that hes a mercenary. also, im sure brody can put on a little muscle, not that I really need my action movie heros to have muscle. I just need him to move fast and be handy with weapons… oh and be intelligent. hes a good actor so im fine with the choice. it could turn out to be far better than any of you think.

I just finished working on this movie and I’ve got to tell ya, Nimrod is one hell of a Director. Best one I have worked with and if he says this movie will be good, he MEANS it. He won’t let the franchise down. With that thought, Adrian was a pathetic mess and will most likely be seen in close ups only. All other shots are going to have to be done with his stuntdouble who doesn’t wine about – well, everything.

Actually, the word nimrod means “one who is a mighty hunter”. The confusion about the definition is from a Looney Tunes cartoon, where Bugs Bunny mocks Elmer Fudd by saying “poor little nimrod…”.

Why anyone would name their kid that is anyone’s guess.

Adrian Brody!.lol Another Great example of “feminizing” our modern day action heroes. If Adrian Brody would have stared in the First Predator movie. Nobody would have seen it. and nobody would own it. The appeal of these kind of movies is that we want to step inside the story and Be Arnold(dutch). The really sad part in all this, is a project like this has so much potential.. -Nimrod is a perfect name for this director.
