Well I’m not sure because I live above you, if you live in the States, in the deep wilds of the Canadian North. Apparently, up here in the cold, polar bear riven wilderness we cannot see the promo for what is hopefully going to be an epic Sci-Fi experience.
As I sit her and chaw on my daily meal of smoked and dried seal fat and salmon scales I can only imagine the thrills and dangers that must befall the intrepid few that are forced to leap into the unknown through the Stargate to the starship Destiny, locked and loaded to destination unknown. I, like the rest of my chilly brethren must wait til Oct 2nd to see how it all turns out. We don’t get the SyFy channel up here, we have the Canadian Content equivalent that mixes SyFy channel stuff and homegrown Science Fiction shows that are quite unfortunate. Thanks Scifiwire. I’m sure the promo looks awesome!

You have missed nothing. They keep saying how this show is going to be different from other Stargate, but they have yet to really drive that point home with a promo spot.
