Mulder and Scully vs. the Wolfman?

It was recently revealed by writer/director Chris Carter that the upcoming “X-Files” movie sequel will be a standalone story, and will not delve into the alien mythology that has been so much a part of the show’s run. So what could the central storyline be in “X-Files 2″ if it’s not aliens? Um, maybe the wolfman?

Or something like that. That’s what these pictures from Joblo.com would seem to suggest. That is one mighty fine looking wolf’s head, I gotta say…
