More Star Trek Images

J.J. Abrams’ Trek reboot doesn’t officially open in the States until May 8, but it sure feels like this thing has been opening for the last month or so, going by all the promo stuff that’s beaming online every single day. A ton of clips, a ton of images, and here are some more images from the movie. It still doesn’t look or feel like a Trek movie to me, but then again, I guess that’s the point.

The reboot stars Chris Pine as young James T. Kirk, Jennifer Morrison, Simon Pegg as a semi-bald Scotty, Eric Bana as the Romulan Nero, Winona Ryder, Zachary Quinto as a young Spock, Zoe Saldana as a young Uhura, Karl Urban as the twitchy Dr. Leonard ‘Bones’ McCoy, Rachel Nichols and Diora Baird as Orion slave girls, John Cho as a young sword-slinging Hikaru Sulu, Anton Yelchin as a young Pavel Chekov, Leonard Nimoy doing the old version of Spock, and Clifton Collins Jr. as Ayel.
