Variety reports Keira Knightly will star in a clone themed Sci-Fi thriller “Never Let Me Go” from Searchlight Pictures. Mark Romanek will direct. Andrew Garfield and Carey Mulligan have also been cast.
The story revolves around a trio of classmates raised at a boarding school who have no idea they are soon to be harvested for organ transplant.
