Joss Whedon Says Second Season Of DollHouse Is Unlikely
Dollhouse TV Series, Sci-Fi TV News — By endymi0n on April 15, 2009 |Speaking to a group of reporters, Joss Whedon speculates on Dollhouse’s future and my hopes of seeing Eliza Dushku on a weekly basis.
“[The chances are] not very good but in limbo,” Whedon said in a group interview Tuesday night in Hollywood, where he was sitting on a panel at the Paley Festival presentation for his Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog. “Obviously our numbers are pretty soft, and there it is, but we live in hope. I’m really proud of the episodes that are coming out. More than that, I can’t really ask.”
Joss also talks about the missing 13th episode, a post apocalyptic storyline that may or may not even have anything to do with Dollhouse but perhaps was kind of a mini pilot. If Dollhouse goes, Joss will be back and hopefully with something a bit meatier.
