John Cho Of Flash Forward And Star Trek Talks About Dying To Be Sulu

In “Flash Forward”, the interesting Sci-Fi show on the ABC television network, John Cho plays a guy named Demetri that for some reason yet unrevealed, did not see his personal future in 6 months time as did the rest of the cast.

Speculation abounds. Is he smushed 6 months from now? Has he been wacked? Or is he somewhere on a 5 year mission? Could he be seeking out new life and new civilizations? Is he going boldly where no man has gone before?! Perhaps! Scifiwire recently had an “exclusive” phone interview with John where he speaks about the multiple passions that may tear him asunder.

Let’s take a look into his private hell.

“Yeah, I don’t know,” Cho told us in an exclusive phone interview on Tuesday. “Listen, all I know is that, … First of all, I don’t know when [a Star Trek sequel is] going, and if it’s going. I’m pretty sure it’s going, but I don’t know for sure, and I don’t know how long. I don’t know if my character will live on FlashForward. There’s a lot of question marks. The thing that I do know is that both sets of producers want the other project to happen. So you start from a place of good will. I’m pretty confident that we can work through whatever situation comes up. I think they feed one another.”
