Is There A New 60’s Feel Star Trek Series In The Works?

In an interview in iF Magazine, it has been reported that Bryan Fuller, a former Trek writer and producer,  has been speaking to J.J Abrams about a reboot/rebirth Star Trek TV series with maybe some of that old 60’s swing so missing from all the other shows like NG and Enterprise.

What made the original series great, other than of course how fantastic the actors were, was in my opinion the horror and suspense elements. Star Trek could be a scary show. It was adult in every way. Especially for it’s time. It never talked down to you. I see all efforts since then appealing to a younger audience and frankly, very watered down. Via sffmedia.
