Another look at Vin Diesel’s “Babylon A.D.”, which is really shaping up to be more of an action movie than a sci-fi movie, but then again, it is Vin Diesel, so what did we expect? The teaser trailer is in French, so be forewarned if you don’t speak the language. Still, it’s a teaser for an action movie, so does it matter what language it comes in as? I think not.

Here’s a quick rundown of the plot:

Veteran-turned-mercenary Thoorop (Vin Diesel) takes the high-risk job of escorting a woman from Russia to China. Little does he know that she is host to an organism that a cult wants to harvest in order to produce a genetically modified Messiah.

And stuff blow up real good. It co-stars Michelle Yeoh, Gérard Depardieu, and Charlotte Rampling.
