For a while there, it didn’t seem as if “Men in Black 3″ would actually make its May 23 2012 release date, what with all the rumors of script troubles and what have you. As it turns out, those problems may be a tad overstated, since it looks like “Men in Black 3″ is already shooting on location in the Bronx, New York as I type this.

Check out your first looks at Will Smith, returning as groovy Agent J, and Josh Brolin, playing a younger version of Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones will return as the older version as well) from the movie. Barry Sonnenfield, who directed the first two “MIB” movies, returns once again.

Also co-starring Alice Eve, Emma Thompson, Nicole Scherzinger, Rip Torn and Johnny Knoxville.

The plot of part 3? Agent J time-travels into the past, where he teams up with a younger Agent K to save the world from, one presumes, more alien scum.
