First Images from Supernatural Creator Eric Kripke’s Revolution
Nix May 11, 2012
The new NBC show “Revolution” has J.J. Abrams’ name all over it, but don’t let that fool ya. “Revolution” is from “Supernatural” creator Eric Kripke, and I won’t even bother speculating how much creative input Abrams actually had besides attaching his name as a producer to make advertising the show easier. Kinda like Steven Spielberg and TNT’s “Falling Skies”.
The show is about a group of people struggling to survive and reunite with loved ones in a world where the all forms of energy have mysteriously disappeared. Not a bad premise, huh?
NBC has already greenlit the show to series, so look for it later this year. Until then, the network has released some promo images from the upcoming first season.
Starring David Lyons, Giancarlo Esposito, Billy Burke, Andrea Roth, Tim Guinee, JD Pardo, Jeff Wolfe, Tracy Spiridakos, Zak Orth, Allan Graf, Maria Howell, Graham Rogers, and Anna Lise Phillips.
