Dreamworks and Len Wiseman for Sci-fi Actioner Nonstop
Nonstop (2010) Movie, Sci-Fi Movie News — By Nix on March 25, 2009 |
“Underworld” director Len Wiseman just can’t seem to get away from cool sci-fi movie premises. He’s been attached to everything from a “Escape from New York” remake to a “Gears of War” movie, and now he’s firmly attached to produce the sci-fi actioner “Nonstop” for Dreamworks, with “Underworld 3″ director Patrick Tatopoulos attached to direct.
Variety has more on the premise of “Nonstop”:
Based on an original idea, the sci-fi action thriller follows the passengers of a plane after it is mysteriously abducted by an alien ship.
The last time Wiseman and Tatopoulos worked together, Wiseman was producing the third “Underworld” movie, which longtime special effects man Tatopoulos made his feature film debut with.
The original script for “Nonstop” is by Michael Gilvary.
