Dr. Who Movie in Works

According to the BBC a feature length spin-off of the long lived British sci-fi series Dr. Who is in development. Barely a blurb in the linked article, this news comes as a pleasant surprise to those who might be fans of the series (and who isn’t?) and I for one look forward to it. No word yet on whether David Tennant is going to play the good doctor on the big screen. I wouldn’t be surprised if the film were to be ‘Hollywoodized’ and rebooted for the general masses with a young, hip and sexy new cast. Or maybe it just might turn out to be good, who the heck knows.
