Doctor Who: The End of Time Preview (BBC Children in Need Special)

The Doctor’s been a marked man all year, and now all hell’s about to break loose. David Tennant departs “Doctor Who” and the BBC is giving him a grand sendoff, with a shattering story of epic proportions that will alter the show forever.

The Doctor returns to the alien race known as the Ood, only to find himself greeted with devastating news. The Master has returned from beyond the grave, and they battle across London to the fabled Immortality gate. The Master’s insane plan quickly spins out of control, and with the universe hanging by a thread a prophecy will be fulfilled. Death is coming for The Doctor, and he will knock four times. The two part story will air in Britain on Christmas and New Year’s Day, with it arriving in the States on BBC America in January.
