It's not so much due to the storyline, but to Davies' perceived glee in taking things to a very, very dark place in every single way imaginable.<br><br>Russell is a genius writer, but I'm glad Moffatt is coming on board. Hopefully, he won't feel such a compulsion to destroy, destroy, destroy all that is good. I had looked forward to Torchwood: Children of Earth with much anticipation, but- afterwards… I haven't watched it since. It's not so much due to the storyline, but to Davies' perceived glee in taking things to a very, very dark place in every single way imaginable.

Russell is a genius writer, but I'm glad Moffatt is coming on board. Hopefully, he won't feel such a compulsion to destroy, destroy, destroy all that is good.
