As you all know, David Goyer (Show Runner) has left Flash Forward to work on other projects. What other projects might be more important than running a pretty big budget weekly Sci-Fi LOST replacement?

I had sort of assumed that David was out of Flash Forward because it was, quite unfortunately, sucking. Nikke Finke, of Deadline Hollywood has a different take. She speculates that David might have left Flash Forward to work or to continue work on the third Batman epic with Jonathan Nolan. Mr. Goyer co-wrote “Batman Begins” with Jonathan Nolan and wrote the story that “The Dark Knight”s script was based on.

Most interesting. Nikki has good sources and if all this is true this news bodes well for Batman fans waiting patiently for number three. For me, it’s director Chris Nolan that is the attraction and thankfully, we’ve got his  “Inception” coming up real soon.
