Chuck Season 2 Cast Promos

To be honest with you, I don’t know if the NBC show Chuck even qualifies as sci-fi. But I guess the premise of a geek getting America’s government secrets DOWNLOADED into his head is sorta sci-fi. In a way. Right? Anyways, Chuck has finished a successful first season, and will return next month with its Season 2 premiere. Ahead of that, NBC has released the latest cast promos of the show’s Season 2, featuring Zachary Levi, Yvonne Strahovski, Joshua Gomez, Sarah Lancaster, Adam Baldwin, Ryan McPartlin, Mark Christopher Lawrence, and Julia Ling.

Created by Josh Schwartz (The O.C.) and Chris Fedak, this high-concept action comedy follows a regular 26-year-old everyman whose life is thrown into disarray after his friend, a CIA agent, sends him an e-mail that results in the world’s secrets becoming embedded in his mind. Chuck Bartowski is just an ordinary guy who spends his days solving problems at an electronics store with a band of nerdy cohorts and longing to find a woman who can appreciate him. He never asked to become the government’s most powerful weapon — but suddenly the fate of the country lies in his unlikely hands!

Season 2 of Chuck premieres September 29 at 8pm on NBC.
