Terry O’Quinn Fighting Aliens in Falling Skies Season 2

Terry O'Quinn

I have my issues with TNT’s “Falling Skies” TV show, and frankly, the only reason I’ll even bother with the second season when it premieres this Summer is because, damn, what else is there on TV? There’s a pretty big shortage of quality sci-fi shows, so I guess we better appreciate what we have, right? Terry O’Quinn joining the cast should make the show a little more bearable, even if it is just for a few lousy eps.

TNT’s Falling Skies Season 1 Suffers from Shoddy Writing and Shockingly Bad Plotting

TNT Renews Falling Skies for a Second Season

Rejoice, fans of alien invasions on TV! ABC might have taken “V” from us, but TNT’s given us “Falling Skies”, and if you were a little shy about committing to a show that might get yanked from you again, have no fear, because TNT has officially renewed the show for a second season.

Check out your first look at the mech-suited aliens of TNT’s upcoming alien invasion TV show “Falling Skies”, starring former “ER” star Noah Wyle as a college professor who, along with his two sons, hightail it into the mountains to resist our alien overlords. 5-Minute Sneak Peek Preview of TNT’s Falling Skies

“Falling Skies” has one hell of a pedigree — from producer Steven Spielberg, starring “ER’s” Noah Wyle, and the premise is every geek fanboy’s dreams. But for some reason, I’m not hearing a whole lot of buzz about it, which is a shame, because a show like this is something I’m going to eat up with a big ol spoon. It won’t premiere until the Summer, starting on June 19, but until then, check out a five-minute sneak peek at the first episode.

New Action-Packed, Alien-Heavy TV Spot for Falling Skies

Man, am I ever glad that Noah Wyle’s “Falling Skies” is on TNT. This is the kind of genre show that I just KNOW I’m going to love, and to have it appear on a network like Fox, or ABC, or NBC would have just doomed it to a struggling first year. On TNT, meanwhile, it’ll get EVERY CHANCE to grow and succeed. Man, I’m glad it’s on TNT! Anyways, here’s a new TV spot for the show via Vulture.

A Better Quality Trailer for TNT’s Falling Skies

It’s the same trailer you saw previously for the Noah Wylie-fronted TNT series “Falling Skies”, but the quality is most definitely better. The show itself makes its long-awaited premiere June 2011 on the TNT cable network. Be there or get invaded by aliens and probed. You’ve been warned!

First Trailer for TNT’s Falling Skies

You’ve seen the pictures, now here’s the first trailer for TNT’s new sci-fi series “Falling Skies”, which stars Noah Wylie of “ER” fame as a college professor turned resistance leader who takes to the hills to escape the invading alien horde. The trailer isn’t exactly great stuff in terms of quality video, but hey, seeing as how this show has been hidden away by TNT for what seems like forever, it’s something.

Comic Con Info and New Images for TNT’s Falling Skies Alien Invasion Show

Check out a new batch of images from TNT’s upcoming alien invasion TV show “Falling Skies” (formerly “Fallen Skies”, according to a new press release announcing the show’s Comic Con appearance). For a show with Noah Wyle in the lead and Steven Spielberg producing, it’s surprising that “Skies” hasn’t really gotten all that much press. That might change when the show makes its Comic Con debut, though.

Spielberg’s TNT Sci-Fi Show Will be Called Fallen Skies, Debuts in 2011

That untitled Steven Spielberg post-apocalyptic TV show about alien invaders starring Noah Wylie, and scheduled to run on TNT? It now has a name: “Fallen Skies”, and it’s set to debut on the basic cable net in 2011.

First Pic From Steven Spielberg’s Alien Invasion Series

For those of you neurally challenged this morning, let me assist. Steven Spielberg has this thing for aliens and he thought it was a good idea to make a series, soon to begin a whopping pre-authorized 10 episode run on TNT, where Noah Wyle (E.R.) and Moon Bloodgood (Goddess, Terminator) pack up, head to the hills and try to survive an alien invasion. We have the first live picture from the show, illustrating Noah’s steely eyed determination not to let Moon fall into the evil clutches of those bodice ripping, tentacled, bug eyed bastards!

Spielberg’s Alien Invasion Show On TNT Fills Out

Steven Spielberg’s big alien smack-down pilot for TNT has had a few new cast members sign up recently. Joining Noah Wyle are Moon Bloodgood, Jessy Schram, Seychelle Gabriel and Maxim Knight. The pilot is being written by Robert Rodat (Saving Private Ryan) and will be about a group of folks led by Wyle that fight to survive after vicious aliens again pound poor old humanity into paste . In the pilot, Moon will play a therapist who helps children deal with the fact there is no hope and that soon everyone will die. Wyle will play the leader and probably Moon’s main squeeze.

Wyle is Confirmed for Spielberg’s TNT Alien Invasion Show

It was reported earlier this month that former ER doc Noah Wyle was this close to signing on to star in a new TNT sci-fi show about the aftermath of an alien invasion that will be produced by Steven Spielberg, who knows a thing or two about aliens, I’m told. Now it’s official: Wyle has indeed signed on to front the new TV show, which is still untitled as of this article.

Noah Wyle Rumoured To Be Pursued For Spielburg’s Post Alien BeatDown Pilot

TNT has ordered a Sci-Fi pilot to be produced by Mr. Spielberg and written by Saving Private Ryan’s academy award nominated Robert Rodat. According to Entertainment Weekly, Noah Wyle is in talks to star in the story of a group of folks that must fight for their survival 6 months after the aliens come and give us the cosmic beatdown. Wyle is a likable guy but does he have the steel to go up against evil alien invaders? We will see. Thanks EW.
