He’s baaaaaaaaaack!
Yup, even being cut in half won’t stop Sith dude Darth Maul from returning to the land of the living to menace those Jedi types. After all, it’s not like the Emperor himself has died and come back and died and come back what, a billion times already?
This is news to me, but then again, I don’t really keep up with the Star Wars universe nearly as much as I should, because for me it’s kind of been played out, and I’m not really that interested in heading back to “a galaxy far, far away”. But according to this USA Today story, George Lucas isn’t just releasing “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” as a new TV series, but he’s also releasing it as a feature length movie.
I didn’t really follow the Star Wars “Clone Wars” series when it aired on the Cartoon Network a few years back. The whole thing was intended to fill in missing pieces between the Star Wars prequels, and as I wasn’t all that big of a fan of the prequels, I didn’t really care to find out what happened in-between them. But that isn’t going to stop George Lucas from doing a running TV series based on the Clone Wars.
