Live Action Star Wars Series Coming Sooner Then Expected?

I wasn’t holding my breath for the arrival of the promised or hinted at Star Wars live action television series. The Lucas people are pretty good at keeping secrets and we are hopeful that the time being spent will make for a better product. I had assumed it was a few years away. This may not be the case.

The Live Action Star Wars Series Is Still Alive: An Update

The creative wheel spins deliberately down there at Skywalker Ranch in Marin County, California, the home of all things Lucas. I don’t mind that, because crafting a live action “Star Wars” series worthy of the spirit of the thing is a job that requires great care and hopefully many screenings of the original three movies.

Did Thomas Dolby Spill The Beans On A New Star Wars Movie?

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. There’s more Star Wars movies coming. It’s just a matter of time. George Lucas is 66, still well preserved but he is getting up there and he just cannot be immune from the critical beating that the last trilogy took from fans. A Trace Amount Of Star Wars TV News

George Lucas takes his time. I’d like to say that he takes the time to get it right but I’d be stretching it. George certainly has some mad world building skills. A live television series is on George’s mind these days. He is making preparations, slowly. Soon I’m sure the news will be juicy and plentiful. But for now, we Sci-Fi bloggers must dig and harrass for every lucious drop of news.

Is The Star Wars Live Action Series In Production Down Under?

George Lucas is living the dream. No matter how many mistakes he makes with the Star Wars universe, I (and just about everyone else) still get excited at the mere suggestion of anything new that’s Star Warsy. Once bitten, twice shy has become 4 or 5 times bitten, Endy still putting hand in lion’s mouth.

Star Wars TV Series In Casting

starwI have mixed feelings about this. I love my Star Wars. I do indeed. I once blew a promising romance with a lovely blond girl by forcing her to stand in line with me for 8 hours for the Empire Strikes Back. It was playing at only one theatre where I lived. I made the ultimate sacrifice.
