Who knew a show as good as “Supernatural” would manage to last for 100 episodes? Talk about bucking the trend! Usually on network TV the good ones die young and the shitty ones keep on living and living and living…

Some Extended Iron Man 2 Footage Showcases Easy Off Armour
“Iron Man 2″ approaches and so therefore does the relentless onslaught of footage and promo madness. I seem to be a willing collaborator. With scenes this cool, I’m on the team.

Iron Man 2 T.V. Spot Showcases Scarlet And Donuts
There’s a new T.V. spot for “Iron Man 2″ that debuted during the Kids’ Choice Awards on Nickelodeon. There’s some new footage within and man is this movie going to be good. I can’t tell you the Geek tech envy I have when I watch what Tony Stark gets to play with.
Trailer for the Shumway Brothers’ Sci-Fi Actioner Enigma
You don’t get a lot of independently financed and produced sci-fi action movies nowadays. Or at least, you don’t get one that looks decent enough to tell people about without, you know, lying your ass off. The Brothers Shumway are trying to change that with their new movie “Enigma”, which looks like it’s got shades of Christian Alvart’s “Pandorum” and David Twohy’s “Pitch Black”. Trust me, those aren’t bad comparisons at all. Check out a full synopsis and trailer for the film below.
Predators Character Profile Video: Adrien Brody’s Royce
The latest “Predators” sneak peek gives us a look and some insights into Royce, the character played by Adrien Brody, because when you think of sci-fi balls to the wall action movie, you of course think Adrien Brody. Okay, maybe not so much, but maybe that’ll change after “Predators” invades movie screens everywhere.
Ridley Scott Associates Brings Some Nifty Sci-Fi In Parallel Lines
Ridley Scott, Sci-Fi director genius and generator of such monumental works as “Blade Runner” and “Alien” has gathered together some “associates” of the directing kind and through the good funding of Phillips, brought them together for the parallel lines project, where each director, including the likes of Greg Fay, Jake Scott, Johnny Hardstaff, Carl Erik Rinsch and animators Hi-Sim, assemble completely different stories using the exact same dialogue. Wacky.
Robert Rodriquez On The Double Entendre Behind Predators
We’ve got a nice and meaty interview here with Robert Rodriquez, producer of the soon to kick your behind, “Predators” starring Alice Braga, Topher Grace, Adrien Brody and Laurence Fishburne and directed by Nimrod Antal. He gets into his origin story pretty good and also sheds some nice light on what “Predators” is really all about.
Predators Full Trailer Finally Drops In
Here’s your first full trailer for the Robert Rodriguez-produced “Predators”, starring Adrien Brody as a meathead American merc who, along with a bunch of other Earthly badasses, have just been dropped on a decidedly unEarthly planet for hunting season.

Itching for some “Predators” action about now? You’re in luck, because the sneak peek trailer that we’ve been promised has been posted over at the film’s official site, complete with an introduction by the film’s producer, Robert Rodriguez. Personally I would have liked to just see the trailer without the blabbing, but hey, beggars can’t be choosers. Check it out below.
The Full Length Trailer For The Second Part Of Season One Of Stargate Universe

Here we go with a big, full length trailer for Stargate Universe, one of our favorite shows here at Scificool. What’s to come? Aliens, flooding, Battlestar-ish space battles and an abdication. Seems to be less navel gazing and more running, firm and fully packed, through otherworldly open fields. I stuck through the first tentative episodes of this show and I am really glad I did. New episodes start April 2nd. Thanks Collider.
First Video Look At Monsters
“Monsters” is a potentially nifty looking Sci-Fi treat from former visual effects guy Gareth Edwards about an alien infestation in the area of Mexico. A journalist escorts some American tourists through the contaminated zone and together they get a Darwin award. Or so I’m guessing. I’ve got a video taste here for you and it looks very cool and creepy. Creepy Sci-Fi rules. Thanks Twitch for the snip. Monsters will be showcased at the SXSW film fest with a release date to be determined soon.
Red Band Trailer and Seven Clips from Repo Men
Check out seven smashing clips and a new red band trailer from Jude Law’s sci-fi actioner “Repo Men”, based on the novel “The Repossession Mambo” by Eric Garcia.
Weird Sci-Fi Short Connected Defies My Normal Ability To Phrase A Catchy Caption
I’ve watched this very well done, compelling and deeply bizarre Sci-Fi short “Connected” a couple of times now, trying desperately to find a hook that will lead to a pithy caption or comment, but I can’t find anything. The thing is Sci-Fi Teflon for my imagination. Or maybe it’s Monday.
