Hey, they’re not Jessica Chastain, but they’ll do.

Now that Chastain has dropped out of his sci-fi movie “Horizons”, Tom Cruise and writer/director Joseph Kosinski has replaced her with Andrea Riseborough and Olga Kurylenko. Well, not that the two actresses will be playing one role, but rather, one of them will be playing the role originally set for Chastain. Ahem.

Last I heard, “Tron: Legacy” director Joseph Kosinski’s comic book/sci-fi movie “Oblivion” had been re-titled “Horizons”, but perhaps they’ve changed it back. I certainly thought “Oblivion” was a better title anyway.

Tron Legacy Director Heads for Oblivion

We’ve all seen the “Tron Legacy” footage, but to be honest with you, no one really knows how the actual movie will turn out. It could be a visual feast for the eyes, filled with great action scenes and sfx, or it could be, well, “Aeon Flux”. In any case, with “Tron” still in the pipe, director Joseph Kosinski has already announced his next project — a sci-fi action movie called “Oblivion” (a piece of concept art from the film above and to your left).
