Robert Rodriquez is a hard guy to pin down. Lots of shiny little stories catch his eye. He seems just about to put a script to screen when something else will capture his attention and off he’ll go. I’m a fan of Robert Rodriguez, but man, the guy gets involved in more movies that never sees the light of day than Ridley Scott. The latest Rodriguez “talked up movie that will probably never get made” is “Nerverackers”, Rodriguez’s futuristic actioner that was originally slated for an April 16, 2010 release by Dimensions Films, has now been taken off the slate completely.

Today, more details about the movie have surfaced thanks to an official press release by The Weinstein Company that explains more of the movie’s plot. First of all, “Nerverackers” is just “Nerveracker”, minus the “s”.
