Lost Recap: 5.12 Dead is Dead

by Anthony Casella - on Apr 9th 2009

Let me start by confessing that as someone who has seen every episode of “Lost” since Flight 815 crashed onto the island in 2004 (or was it?), I have characters that are my favorites and others that bore me to tears. For example, I loathe Jack and the whiney, put-upon way that Matthew Fox plays him, and for contrast, I love Sawyer and how Josh Holloway can make you root for a character you’re not sure you should even like. So naturally, if I know that characters I generally dislike, say Jack or Kate, are going to be the focus of an entire episode, I tend to lower my expectations because more often than not, the episode, for me at least, will just be blah. On occasion, I’m surprised, as I was by last week’s enjoyable Kate-centric episode.

Lost Season 5 Cast Promos

by Nix - on Dec 4th 2008

But in case you wanted a hint, here are three new promos for the show’s upcoming Season 5. “Destiny Calls” seems to be the motto for the new season.

Pushing Daisies fans rejoice, because your show is coming back for a second season. No surprise, Lost was also on the list, since that’s pretty much the only show ABC has in its stable that people actually bothers to talk about.

Lost Season 4 Premiere is a Ratings Winners

by Nix - on Feb 1st 2008

To absolutely no one’s surprise, the return of Lost to the line-up in a season plagued by the writer’s strike and way too many reality TV shows netted ABC a major victory. The network scored a whopping 16.1 million, 6.7 rating/17 share in adults 18-49 in the Nielsen, up from last year’s Season 3 finale (13.7 million, 5.8/15).
