Lost: New Man In Charge Bonus Photo

I’m not the biggest “Lost” fan out here, so I honestly have no idea what this picture is all about, but according to the mail I got, this is …

… a first look photo from the original, brand new 12-minute LOST chapter called “New Man In Charge” which offers a look at what Hurley (Jorge Garcia) and Ben (Michael Emerson) do as the new Island overseers.

Lost Season 6/Series Finale Recap

The way the network was carrying on about “Lost” closing up shop, you’d expect flags to be flying at half mast Monday morning. So with much drama, pomp and circumstance, “Lost” ended its reign as the IT show on ABC with a nicely done two and a half hour finale. It might not answer all the questions and appeal to all fans, but “Lost” ends on a note of hope with plenty of heart and soul — not to mention the mystery and fanaticism its been famous for.

Watch The First 4 Minutes of Lost Season 6 Now

Someone has put the first four minutes of “Lost” Season 6 online now. I know there are plenty of “Lost” fans out there, so here you go. The show returns to the airwaves Tuesday, February 2, 2010. I’m sure there will be many answers to lingering questions, and about 100 new questions to be answered. That’s how “Lost” operates, right?

The Season Six Preview Of LOST

lost-complete-6-seasonFrom the Cuatro television network comes this eyebrow raising promo for the 6th and final season of LOST. What does it all mean? If the characters wandering around on the Island are chess pieces then who is knight and who is pawn? Of course more importantly, who is the King and Queen?

Quick Promo for Lost’s Final Season 6

ABC has put out a quickie promo for the upcoming final season of their hit show “Lost”, which is set to begin and end its original TV run in 2010. As far as I can tell, there are no new footages, just old ones from the previous five, including the Kate-Sawyer cage match. Nice of them to include that one, though I’m not sure why. Also, Jack still looks like a total dork.

Top Fifteen Must Be Answered LOST Questions For The UpComing Season

Entertainment Weekly had a vote and asked the probative question, “Top 3 Lost Mysteries You Absolutely Need to See Resolved in Season 6.” Instead of three they give us 15. As a massive fan of the show I completely concur on what must be revealed. My top three include Richard’s not aging, the Monster and the Egyptian thing. Obviously, some of the other questions, like who Jacob is, must be told or you wouldn’t be able to finish the story. I’d also like to know how the Black Rock made it to the island and the backstory for that.

Network Sci-Fi/Fantasy Shows: Renewals, Cancellations, and Newcomers

With the networks officially kicking off their upfront presentations this month, we’ve now gotten official (and in some cases, semi-official) confirmations about which shows are coming back, which ones are gone, and what new offerings will be available to the genre fans out there. The schedule for the upfronts are: FOX’s begins today, followed by ABC on Tuesday, and CBS on Wednesday. NBC already did theirs earlier this month.

Lost Season 5 Finale Preview Clips

Jack and a bunch of Lostees are trying to blow up the island by using a nuke or some such in Lost’s Season 5 finale episode. Look, I don’t pretend to know what the heck is going on here. The last time I saw an episode of Lost, people were running away from some smog monster or such. Now they’re trying to blow up the island. And there are a bunch of new people I’ve never even heard of doing stuff I don’t get. It’s Lost. You either get it, love it, or you don’t, and you end up with muddled posts like this one.

Lost Recap: 5.14 The Variable

Wednesday night’s 100th episode of “Lost” was exactly the kind of dramatic, action-packed roller coaster ride the show will be remembered for after its final season has ended. For what has been referred to by some fans as an uneven fifth season, “The Variable” was the creative effort they’d been waiting for. I was a bit surprised that Daniel Faraday and his back-story were given the 100th episode. I thought perhaps the original cast, or the island itself should have had it, not a character that was introduced last season and missing from most of this one, but I digress. It certainly didn’t diminish my enjoyment.

Lost Recap: 5.13 Some Like It Hoth

I’m going to start off with a question: Is there any character on “Lost” who doesn’t have big issues with their father? I’ll give you a minute to try and think of someone. Kate doesn’t count, because as you’ll remember, she had some major problems with her stepfather, unfortunately resulting in a house burned to the ground, with him inside. And as far as Jin goes, Sun’s father was enough for both of them to handle. Jack? No. Sawyer? No. Locke? No. Unless I’m mistaken, I believe Hurley is the only character currently on the show (whose home life we’ve been familiarized with) that has a healthy, close relationship with his or her father. Just something to chew on.

Lost Recap: 5.12 Dead is Dead

Let me start by confessing that as someone who has seen every episode of “Lost” since Flight 815 crashed onto the island in 2004 (or was it?), I have characters that are my favorites and others that bore me to tears. For example, I loathe Jack and the whiney, put-upon way that Matthew Fox plays him, and for contrast, I love Sawyer and how Josh Holloway can make you root for a character you’re not sure you should even like. So naturally, if I know that characters I generally dislike, say Jack or Kate, are going to be the focus of an entire episode, I tend to lower my expectations because more often than not, the episode, for me at least, will just be blah. On occasion, I’m surprised, as I was by last week’s enjoyable Kate-centric episode.

Major Castmember to Leave LOST Before The Final Season?

evanAin’titCool reports through Zaptiits that Evangeline Lilly has been auditioning for television pilots for the upcoming TV season. Fans have long believed that the skeleton found in the caves way back in season one was Kate. Perhaps her end is near?

Lost Season 5 Cast Promos

If the trailers I’m seeing for the fifth season of ABC’s Lost are any indication, apparently half of the castaways have made it back to land, while the other half are still trapped on the island. I think. Being that I don’t watch Lost, or indeed have seen a full episode even once, I couldn’t tell you what the fifth season will be about, or what’s happened to whom. But in case you wanted a hint, here are three new promos for the show’s upcoming Season 5. “Destiny Calls” seems to be the motto for the new season.

Lost Producers Spills Season 4 Spoilers

New episodes of ABC’s Lost doesn’t return until April 24th, but the show’s executive producers, Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof, recently spilled some details about some upcoming Season 4 episodes. Included are: the smoke monster returns; more about that weird four-toed statue, and what exactly happened to Claire, played by Emilie de Ravin? Also, Jack and Locke finally throws down in the season finale.

ABC Renews Lost, Pushing Daisies

Pushing Daisies fans rejoice, because your show is coming back for a second season. ABC has just released their list of shows that have been renewed for an additional season, and Pushing Daisies was among them. No surprise, Lost was also on the list, since that’s pretty much the only show ABC has in its stable that people actually bothers to talk about.
