I’ve got some little widgets of news for your reading pleasure today. First of all, Alice Braga dishes some on the look of the mighty Predators in the Robert Rodriquez produced and Nimrod Antel directed reboot of same, due out this summer.
On her character and the snaggletoothed enemy:
“Inception” is number one on my list of must see flicks this year. I plan to torture my significant other even more than usual for this one, both before and after. We’ll get there extra early, for the perfect eye level, mid screen emplacement and after the film, if it’s anything like Leonardo DiCaprio’s prediction of highly intellectually challenging and firm and fully packed with kick ass, there will be my irritating questions and discussions after.
The LATimes has a quickie preview of Christopher Nolan’s upcoming “Inception” and was nice enough to also include a brand spanking new pic from the movie. Here’s a little of what Nolan had to say about the film, and the pic after that.
So much for all the secrecy surrounding the plot of Christopher Nolan’s “Inception”. Chris sat down or was likely phone jumped by the good lads over at the L.A. Times where he basically gives it all up. Chris says things that I will not attempt to paraphrase for you. Instead, let’s just let him unburden himself in quotations.
This morning some dumb ass in an 18 wheeler rounded a curve near my house a wee bit too fast, overturned and obliterated an apparently important telephone pole, somehow crucial for many blocks of electricity delivery. So my power has been out and I’ve had the sweats. I live in Canada and yes, it’s cold. Power out in the city is a thought provoking thing.
It’s in French but that’s ok, turn the sound down because it is really, really good. There’s so much stuff in there it’s hard to pick a highlight but I’d go with the city curling up like paper deal or maybe the freight train going down the middle of the city street. How does that grab you Joey?
More teasing. As if grade school, junior high, high school, college and work weren’t enough, Christopher Nolan is now teasing me again with this new poster for his latest and let’s just posit, probably highly nifty summer Sci-Fi extravaganza “Inception”, starring Leo DiCaprio and homegirl Ellen Page. This poster is apparently the end run of the mazes found at YourMindistheSceneoftheCrime, the “Inception” site. Pretty clever. I’m going to check it out. “Inception” hits theatres July16th in normal theatres and the IMAX. Thanks Comingsoon.
The first official poster for Christopher Nolan’s sci-fi/crime film “Inception”, his follow-up to his mega hit “The Dark Knight” has landed online via FusedFilm. Written and directed by Nolan, the film stars Leonardo DiCaprio (in case you can’t read), Cillian Murphy, Ellen Page, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Marion Cotillard. Warner Bros. has been trying desperately to keep the film’s plot shrouded in mystery, but you probably know about it, and then some if you’ve been reading us for a while now.
Christopher Nolan’s “Inception” is in the process of some serious principal photography these days. Pics have been flying from all over the Continent and now we’ve got some shots from Morocco where Leo is shown in action against a mysterious foe.
