Bryan Singer to Direct a Battlestar Galactica Movie with Larson?

Well this should make a lot of our readers happy. The last time I posted about a “Battlestar Galactica” movie based on the old show (and not the Sci Fi Channel reboot) with original director Glen A. Larson attached, a lot of fans made their voices known that they would dig it. Now comes word that Bryan Singer may end up directing that relaunch.

Battlestar Galactica: The Movie?

No, not the Sci Fi Channel reboot. Sorry, fans of depressing so-called sci-fi shows. We’re actually talking about the original Battlestar Galactica TV show, which according to IGN is currently moving towards an original theatrical movie over at Universal Pictures under the watchful eye of original creator Glen A. Larson, who will write and produce. Or at least, that’s the rumor.
