So how did Captain America become Captain America? Well he started out as a skinny little kid who couldn’t even enlist in the Army to fight the Nazis. Which sucks. But then someone decides he might just be the right candidate for a brand spanking new, experimental “super soldier” program, and voila, he’s suddenly Captain America and played by Chris Evans. Well, Evans plays skinny Steve Rogers and the buffed up Captain America thanks to the miracle of CGI, actually. Check out the full trailer for Marvel’s first big-budget movie below.
“Captain America: The First Avenger” will focus on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America.
