Brian K. Vaughan is a killer comic book writer of considerable fame. He’s the man behind Y: The Last Man, soon to start filming starring the rumoured Shia LaBeouf. Brian was also a producer for a little show called LOST. Brian has a new script that’s getting some serious buzz and it sounds like a can’t miss green light.
The movie would be called “The Vault”. Here’s the official synopsis.
“A post-apocalyptic heist movie involving the real-world Doomsday Vault in the Arctic, The Vault is Ocean’s 11 meets 2012/Children of Men. When a terrifying plague destroys crops and causes starvation on a global scale, the world’s greatest thief must break into the extremist-controlled Doomsday Vault to steal the one seed that could prevent the extinction of the human race.”
