This was one of the poorest film launches I've ever seen. I do have interest in the "R" version of something like this and wish that they'd get it through the thick "everything must be PG-13" skulls that adult audiences can be market-collecting as well. I envision the DVD as coming like I AM LEGEND did - 22,95 retail, a bit less via Walmart. This will be another sad victim of "missed it in the theater" but probably didn't miss out just like I AM LEGEND was. I like that, I liked Wil Smith in it, I like the very subdued but negative perspective of the whole thing and frankly I think I'm preferring the alternative ending.
