The upcoming ABC Sci-Fi series “V’, starring Elizabeth Mitchell and Scott Wolf has been shut down for two weeks for a “creative hiatus”. Shouldn’t affect the series premiere on Nov 3rd, or so they say.
“V” is a remake of the 1984 series about lizardy aliens from space that do not come in peace and have a hankering for that mammal flavour. Why the creative shutdown? Something must be sucking. Here’s ABC’s take.
“We will take advantage of our November premiere to maximize creative opportunities and deliver the audience the best show possible.”
No one seems to be getting fired, yet, but something must not be up to speed. The previews I’ve seen look good. Let’s hope for the best. Elizabeth Mitchell is dreamy. Thanks EW.
