“Splice” is a little Sci-Fi horror film coming out shortly that was assembled by none other than Guillermo del Toro, a man of many monsters. It stars Adrien Brody and Sarah Polley as two propeller-heads that gene splice creatures together to see what horrid abominations they can birth into the world from their cold test tubes.
“Splice” is about to hit the Sundance film festival on Jan 22nd and here we have a little clip where two bloated, writhing masses of unspecific origin, called Fred and Ginger, meet for the first time in a tank for god only knows what Deoxyribonucleic acid shenanigans. When I was watching it for the first time, with the ominous music, I realized my sound was up too high. If something jumpy happened, it would be best to just see it.
